Sailing to the Other Shore
Sailing to the Other Shore
Sailing to the Other Shore (彼岸之船) served as the official promotional music video for White Sail Pro Bono Filmmakers and was released in January 2019. This was a remarkable work of me and my team, as we seamlessly combined film production, aerial photography, and music production into a single project. In that same year, White Sail Team attracts hundreds of university students to join the team and our legal aid program. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, we were forced to halt operations. However, we remain hopeful that new and talented students will continue our work and help improve the lives of children in rural areas.
She Said Nothing
This was my most remarkable work as a film producer at White Sail Pro Bono Filmmakers. I also took charge of most of the editing. This micro-documentary is based on a true story of a left-behind child in a rural village of Hainan who was sexually abused by an adult. We produced this documentary to draw attention to the issue of pedophilia in rural areas.

This was the first piece of work I directed during my time as a director at the White Sail Pro Bono Filmmakers. This 20-minute short documentary film was about the story of young volunteer teachers and what happened during their time teaching in a rural primary school
